Terms of Service

• The service. tosho.my is a free URL shortening service provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of any kind and no uptime guarantee. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time.
• Acceptable use. You may not use tosho.my to link to malware, phishing, scams, child sexual abuse material, violent extremism, copyright-infringing content, spam, or any content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours. Automated mass creation of links is not permitted.
• Enforcement. Every destination URL is screened at creation time and re-scanned periodically. We may set any link to "pending" (interstitial warning) or "blocked" (disabled) at our sole discretion, without notice, and may remove links entirely.
• Accounts. Sign-in (via Google) is optional. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used to violate these terms.
• Your content. You are solely responsible for the destinations you shorten. Shortening a URL does not transfer any rights to us, and we do not endorse any destination.
• No liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of tosho.my is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including the content of destination pages, blocked or deleted links, or service interruptions.
• Permanence. Short links do not expire and are never deleted for inactivity. Links disabled for abuse are retained (not deleted) together with their abuse records, both as evidence and so the slug cannot be re-registered for further abuse. The only removals are those required by law or requested by the link's creator.
• Reports. Anyone can report a link via the abuse page. Repeated reports automatically suspend a link pending review.
• Legal contact. Formal legal correspondence: legal@tosho.my. Abuse reports: abuse@tosho.my or the report form.
• Changes. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes are announced on the changelog.
